As a part of our mission, we work to help our participants obtain the skills they need to work at jobs within our community. We can help them find job openings, prepare resumes, and set up interviews.
Our Supported Employment Program is designed for those who may need a little extra help along the way. We will continue to work with our participants as long as you might need or want our support. In some cases we can even provide a coach to help them learn the new job.
Our employment services are not just about job hunting. We want to help our participants build opportunities for fulfilling personal employment goals. We will help them design and implement an individualized plan that enhances their skills and showcases their abilities. With our assistance, they can learn new ways to overcome any barriers that might exist due to their disability. At the same time we will work with local employers to locate or create the kind of job opportunities you may be hoping to find.

We offer community based and supported employment services to people who meet the criteria for these services. The eligibility process may require assistance through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation or the Medicaid waiver programs. Once a case is opened, an employment specialist will assist you in determining what jobs would be a good fit for you. They will then help you find the job you want and support you in keeping it.
